ROBERTSDALE — Seniors at the George P. Thames Adult Activity Center in Robertsdale celebrated Halloween a little early with a potluck lunch on Friday, Oct. 29.

Some seniors came dressed in costume, while others were dressed in the spirit of fall. Winners of the costume contest were Raggedy Ann, Reta Dressler, first place; Minnie Mouse, Martha Dunn, second; and Spider Lady, Sandy Stillman, third.

Pot-luck lunches are served the last Friday of every month at the center, located on East Chicago Street in Robertsdale.

A variety of daily, weekly and monthly activities are provided for seniors over age 50 at the center and at the PZK Hall on Alabama 104. Pick up a monthly calendar or call the center at 251-947-8973 for more information.
