ROBERTSDALE, Alabama -- The Robertsdale Rotary Club hosted a mini-rodeo for Baldwin County schools' students on Wednesday, March 8 at the Baldwin County Fairgrounds Arena in Robertsdale.
The event, which was sponsored by Citizens' Bank, featured demonstrations of various events, such as bareback and saddle bronc riding, calf roping, break-away roping, steer wrestling, team roping, barrel racing and bull riding.
The event also featured the Rawhide and Dusty Show with the James Boys.
The annual event is part of the RAM Rodeo Series, produced by Bo Campbell Rodeo, as a benefit for the Robertsdale Rotary Foundation, which benefits several local charities, including the William F. Green Veterans Home.
Gates open at 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday, March 10 and 11 with competition beginning at 7 p.m.
