Sweet, sweet victory. Notre Dame QB Riley Leonard flipped and flew all over the Caesars Superdome field to lead the Fighting Irish to a 23-10 win over Georgia in the Allstate Sugar Bowl CFP Quarterfinal, earning offensive MVP honors on the way. The Fairhope High alum was 15-for-24 with 90 yards, 1 TD pass and no interceptions. He was also the leading Irish rusher for the night with 14 carries for 80 yards. At the end of the first half and beginning of the second, ND scored 17 points in 54 seconds.

Next up, a semifinal battle with Penn St. in the Capital One Orange Bowl next week in Miami.
