Paul Joseph Dowsey, age 90, a resident of Westminster Village in Spanish Fort and a former longtime resident of Fish River in Silverhill, Alabama, died on May 17, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Elizabeth Delcambre Dowsey and two sons, Wayne and Randy Dowsey.
He is survived by two sons: Mark (Lynn) Dowsey and Paul J Powers; two daughters Paula (Jay) Agnew and Elizabeth Allyn Ramsey; grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will also be missed by friends, former employees at Dowsey Heating and Plumbing, and dear neighbors. Dogs everywhere will miss the dog treats he carried in his pockets.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
