A colorful mix of costumed characters, spooky critters and imaginative displays filled Blackburn Park in Bay Minette for the North Baldwin Literacy Council's annual Trunk or Treat. Sponsored by the Southland Jeepers, the event offered an evening of family fun with raffle prizes, a 50/50 drawing, food trucks and vendors. Among the highlights was the Kiwanis Club of Bay Minette's "Booo-ktober" booth, where club members distributed around 500 books to young readers.
