Minnie Ann Smith Calhoun, age 85, a native of Greensboro, AL, and a longtime resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away Friday, October 14, 2022.
Ann was a very active member of the Fairhope United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, known to her family as Meme.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Rev. Bill Calhoun, their loving children, Danny (Susan) Calhoun, Joel (Lisa) Calhoun, and Angela Calhoun Sheridan; eight grandchildren, Jennifer (Evan) Myrick, Brad Calhoun, Jessica (Jason) McCarthey, Clay (Courtney) Calhoun, Anna (Ben) Barrett, Tyler (Kaylen) Sheridan, Ansley (Preston) Mills, Logan Sheridan; fourteen great-grandchildren; many other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Fairhope United Methodist Church, Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 pm until the service time. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens of Fairhope.
