The group that brings hungry Baldwin bellies Panini Pete's, Sunset Pointe, Ed's Seafood Shed and more is now poised to offer a culinary experience featuring a "Top Chef" winner.

Kelsey Barnard Clark, A James Beard-nominated chef who won season 16 of the Bravo reality TV show, will host a low country boil at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at The Waterfront, 1 Yacht Club, Daphne.

The Dothan native will bring her signature Southern-French cooking style to the Gulf Coast and also will be featuring her new cookbook, "Southern Get-Togethers: Favorite Recipes for Gathering with Family and Friends." She will share insights and stories behind her favorite recipes, offering guests an exclusive look into her party-planning wisdom and Southern hospitality. Drawing from her experience of catering her first wedding at age 15 and hosting countless events since, she distills her hard-earned wisdom into practical advice for hosts of all levels. Her cookbook offers more than 100 irresistible recipes perfect for a crowd, along with expert tips on tablescaping, flower arranging, menu planning and more.

"Hosting Kelsey at The Waterfront is more than just an event; it's a celebration of community and the shared joy of great food," said Chef "Panini Pete" Blohme of PP Hospitality. "At PP Hospitality, we believe in bringing people together to create exceptional experiences. Kelsey's passion for Southern hospitality aligns perfectly with our mission to make our guest's day through genuine hospitality, delicious food and creative beverages. We can't wait for our guests to be a part of this unforgettable evening."

After honing her craft at the Culinary Institute of America of New York, Clark worked in Michelin-starred restaurants before returning to Alabama to open her own establishment, KBC, in Dothan.
