Do you have babies at home? If you answered yes then the Foley Public Library's Lunch & Learn, Dec. 21 is for you. The program will include a presentation by Shannon Kern, HIPPY Coordination for the Gulf Coast Goodwill.

Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) is a 2-year home-based educational enrichment program that builds on the natural bond between a parent and child. The home visiting model helps parents with limited formal education prepare their preschool-ages children for successful early school experiences and strengthens the bonds among schools, families and communities.

The Foley Library's Lunch and Learn program provides a free meal so a reservation is required. Those interested in attending can register by calling (251) 943-1031 or by visiting foleylibrary.org no later than 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19.

For more information on this program or others on offer, visit foleylibrary.org.
