The Kiwanis Club of Bay Minette recently contributed $250 to the North Baldwin Animal Shelter (NBAS), bolstering the shelter's mission to care for animals in need.
Judy Wilkins of NBAS accepted the donation from club members Martha Ryan, Brittany Clay and Tina Covington.
Since its establishment in 2010, the NBAS has become a beacon of hope for animals across Baldwin and Mobile counties. The shelter has provided food, shelter and medical care to more than 4,000 animals, all while ensuring a no-kill environment. With love and dedication, the shelter strives to find forever homes for these furry friends.
Community members can support the shelter's efforts by following NBAS on Facebook, calling (251) 937-8811 or visiting their website at www.northbaldwinanimalshelter.org. Donations can also be mailed directly to the shelter at P.O. Box 190, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
