After a two-year hiatus during the spread of COVID- 19, the popular Baldwin County Sheriff's Department's
Shining Star Camp returned this week.
The first installment took place at Fairhope East Elementary where multiple law enforcement agencies helped
give local children a look behind the scenes at law enforcement work.
Participating law enforcement agencies included the FBI, the Fairhope Fire Department, Medstar Ambulance, Medstar Life Flight, Alta Point, school resource officers from Fairhope and Foley, the Daphne Police Department,
BCSO Honor Guard, BCSO Chaplains, BCSO Deputy Tyler Ludke and the BCSO K9 Unit.
