It's the season of splash pads, storytimes and sun-filled adventures — and this week's events across Baldwin County are built for making memories. Whether you're cooling off with a snow cone, meeting a Disney favorite or diving into a breakfast bash, there's something here for every age and energy level.

What: Gulf Shores Public Library will host a special edition of storytime featuring a guest appearance by a local beach lifeguard. What: Orange Beach Public Library will launch its 2025 Summer Reading Program with a family-friendly outdoor celebration featuring water slides, a bounce house, splash pad access, crafts, snow cones and more. What: Rosedown Designs will host a special painting session for moms and kids. Adults will paint a 16x20 canvas, while children will paint an 11x14 canvas.
