Baldwin County offers something for everyone. Theese events provide opportunities to create lasting memories with loved ones, explore local traditions and try something new.

ECO-ART: OYSTER SHELL DECOUPAGE
What: Using recycled oyster shells from local restaurants, participants will create a colorful and artistic dish to bring a touch of the coast to their home. All materials needed to transform the oyster shell into a unique piece of art will be supplied. The event is open to all ages and will be held at the Learning Campus. BAKING FOUNDATIONS: HOMEMADE BAGELS
What: Learn the art of bagel-making from scratch in this virtual, hands-on class led by pastry chef Katie Rosenhouse. Participants will be guided through each step, from mixing and shaping the dough to boiling and baking for a perfect crust. The class includes tips for customizing bagels with classic toppings. SATURDAY STORY TIME & CRAFT

ORGANIC GARDENING & COMPOSTING
What: Learn about sustainable gardening at the Learning Campus, including how to grow flowers, fruits and vegetables year-round and reduce household waste by up to 60% through composting. This hands-on program showcases gardening techniques used to supply fresh ingredients to the campus restaurant. The event is open to all ages. LEGO FREE BUILD
What: Patrons are invited to exercise their creativity and engineering skills by constructing LEGO creations. This program includes limited baseboards, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 3:30 p.m. Completed creations will be displayed in the library throughout the week. All displays are disassembled on Saturdays. Contact the Spanish Fort Public Library for details.
