Kickoff to Summer Online Auction returns to raise funds for South Baldwin schools

Virtual event supports 14 campuses through South Baldwin Chamber Foundation

The South Baldwin Chamber Foundation will launch its second annual Kickoff to Summer Online Auction on June 9, offering supporters a chance to shop for a cause while backing education across the region.

Running through June 22, the virtual event is hosted on www.event.gives and features more than 70 items donated by area businesses. Bidders can explore a range of experiences, services and local favorites from the comfort of home or office.

The auction is more than just a summer highlight. Every dollar raised goes directly to support the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation, a nonprofit that provides leadership and educational programs for students at 14 schools across South Baldwin County.

"We are thrilled to bring the community together again through this exciting online event," said Kylee Raulerson, executive director of the foundation. "Every bid supports the future of our students — and that's a cause worth rallying behind."

The auction opens at 8 a.m. Monday, June 9 and closes at 5 p.m. Sunday, June 22. To participate, visit https://event.gives/sbcf2025auction or text sbcf2025auction to (843) 606-5995.

The South Baldwin Chamber Foundation was established in 2003 and has since worked to empower students through character education, career readiness and community partnerships. For more about the foundation and its programs, visit www.sbchamberfoundation.org/.
