The months seem to be flying off the calendar at an alarming rate as November is upon us and Christmas events are already creeping onto the event calendar. Our top pick of events this weekend range from a fall festival to a steak cook-off with a dash of Christmas. If you are looking for a community event with a little history, head to Barnwell for their annual Community Day at the historic Community Center grounds. If you would like to attend a gala with a purpose, buy a ticket to the Toys for Kids Gala in Orange Beach. If our top picks aren't quite what you are looking for you could always head to Barber Marina and welcome back the Lady in the Bay. Hurricane Sally tried to destroy her, but she is back and watching over the bay once again.

Fall Harvest Festival

Toys for Kids Gala
What: The 10th Annual Toys for Kids gala, hosted by Wildflowers Boutique and Perdido Beach Resort promises a fun evening with a heart. The annual donated 100% of ticket and auction proceed to the Christian Service Center for the Christmas Cheer program.
