John T. Huggins, age 85 of Loxley, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021.
He was an Air Force Veteran and an Elder of Community of Christ Church for over 50 years. He was the past owner of Central Baldwin Nursery and Landscaping Company and also an insurance salesman. John was also an instructor of landscaping at the South Baldwin Vocational School in Robertsdale.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John L. and Nancy Saffronia Huggins, brother, Howard Huggins and his son, Henry Matthew Huggins.
John is survived by his wife of 61 years, Wanda E. Huggins; daughter Nancy Hayes (Larry); son, John H. Huggins and much-loved grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. at Community of Christ Church, 18700 Florida Street in Robertsdale, Alabama 36567.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Breast Cancer Awareness Association.
