The Central Baldwin Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Jilly's Cafe, a new dining spot at 18427 Ohio St. in Robertsdale.

The event drew a crowd of local officials, business leaders and community members to welcome the cafe to the area's bustling small business scene.

Owned and operated by Jill Sherrer, Jilly's Cafe offers a cozy, inviting atmosphere and a menu designed to bring people together over delicious meals. Sherrer shared her vision for the cafe during the ceremony, emphasizing its role as a community gathering place where friends and families can enjoy great food and meaningful connections.

"We are thrilled to welcome Jilly's Cafe to Robertsdale," Chamber President Gail Quezada said. "This new addition reflects the entrepreneurial spirit that makes Central Baldwin a great place to live, work and play."

The cafe is open Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering the perfect lunchtime destination for residents and visitors alike. Community members are encouraged to stop by and experience the welcoming atmosphere that Sherrer and her team have created.
