It was not hard to get swept up in the excitement of opening day for Bay Minette Youth Baseball. The opening day ceremonies include two check presentations from long-time sponsors Chuck Stevens Automotive and Premier Health Care Clinic. The league also honored the 2021 6U District Champion team and the 2021 12U State Champions. The league has installed new park banners honoring all the past state championship teams. After hearing words of encouragement from Mayor Bob Wills and Zeb Hilburn, Baldwin County High School baseball coach, the teams hit the field.
