Helen Lavorgna Goldsmith, 74, passed away suddenly in her home in Orange Beach, Alabama on September 22, 2022.
Helen was born November 6, 1947, in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Helen (Saunders) and Lawrence Lavorgna. She is survived by her sister Susan Granata of Millis, Massachusetts and brother Thomas Lavorgna of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her daughter Christine and husband Mark Kelemen and their children Ansley, Connor and Jake of Dunwoody, Georgia; her son Wick and wife Haley Goldsmith and Wick's children Emma and Bella of Amite, Louisiana and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Helen enjoyed many years of teaching History and Latin and teaching children Bible Study. Helen loved spending time with family and friends, volunteering, cooking and playing tennis.
