Gulf Shores residents invited to satisfaction survey

Posted

The City of Gulf Shores recently launched the second biennial Resident Satisfaction Survey.

This comprehensive survey is residents' chance to make their voice heard and help shape the future of our community.

WHY YOUR INPUT MATTERS

Feedback from locals is invaluable in helping the city understand their overall satisfaction with life in Gulf Shores.

By participating in the survey, the people who live and frequent Gulf Shores will highlight strengths, identify areas for improvement and provide crucial insights into the initiatives that matter most to them.

Through benchmarking, the city will compare results with both past performance and similar communities across the Southeast and the U.S., gaining a better understanding of how to make Gulf Shores an even better place to live, according to a news release.

HOW THE SURVEY WORKS

The survey is administered by ETC Institute, a third-party consulting firm, to ensure objectivity and accuracy. It's being distributed via mail and online to a random sample of full-time residents, using strict methodologies to ensure reliability. By participating, those included will contribute to a statistically valid snapshot of the community's opinions.

MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD

Residents selected for the initial mail survey should receive it starting last week. The city urges all recipients to participate and share their insights. For those not included in the random sample mailer, an online version of the survey is available at https://www.gulfshoresal.gov/1775/Resident-Satisfaction-Survey.
