Goodwill Gulf Coast has announced its annual collection of 2022 Christmas on the Coast ornaments for Mobile and Pensacola. The limited edition, brass- and gold-plated ornaments have become collector's items for many Gulf Coast residents.

Revenue generated from the sale of Christmas on the Coast ornaments allows Goodwill Gulf Coast to provide services in our community that encourage, educate and employ thousands of individuals each year with disabilities and other barriers to success, helping to build stronger families and communities. Programs include early care and education for children of all abilities, family support, adult education and GED services, and job search assistance for individuals with disabilities and free income tax preparation services for low-income households.

This year's ornament for the City of Mobile is the MoonPie Over Mobile. MoonPie Over Mobile began with a vision from former City Councilman and Honorary Chairman, Fred Richardson. With the help of Chattanooga Bakery, the maker of the iconic MoonPie marshmallow sandwich, the largest electric MoonPie has found its home in downtown Mobile.

The 2022 Christmas on the Coast ornament for the city of Pensacola is Pensacola's Veterans Memorial Park. In December of 1987, The Moving Wall, a traveling replica of the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial, arrived in Pensacola and was displayed for five days.

For over 30 years, The Veterans Memorial Park of Pensacola has been a place of healing, remembrance, learning, and celebration of the lives of America's fallen warfighters.

Ornaments are now available for order online at www.goodwillgulfcoast.org and all Goodwill Gulf Coast retail stores and select Gulf Coast vendors. They are priced at $15 each. In addition to the 2022 ornaments, a limited supply of select ornaments from previous years is available online and are on sale for $8.
