ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — Robertsdale Elementary School library science instructor Sandra Sawyer and assistant Charlotte Odom held the final camp, “Do-It-Yourself Crafts,” this past week in the library at RES.
Campers participated in two to three crafts each day, said Sawyer. On Thursday, campers made paper rainbows and giraffes. The camp concluded on Friday with a patriotic theme, making flags out of tissue paper.
The camps are part of the city of Robertsdale’s free camp series.
The series concludes with a pair of football skills camps featuring city league coaches and players; and a cheerleading camp featuring new coach Amy Stewart.
