From finding a golden egg to dancing to zydeco, there is something for everyone this weekend in Baldwin County, April 15-17

Go for a nature walk or beach day at Gulf State Park and hunt for one of the golden eggs hidden throughout the park. Enjoy antique military vehicles and a World War II reenactment at the USS Alabama or crawfish and zydeco music in Gulf Shores. Whether this weekend finds you celebrating Good Friday and Easter or enjoying the weekend events, there is something for everyone this weekend.

The Gulf Golden Eggstravaganza

What: Gulf State Park will host a Golden Egg Eggstravaganza. Park staff will hide prize-filled golden eggs within the boundaries of Gulf State Park for lucky guests to find and redeem for prizes. Limit is one egg per person per day and each egg will have instructions for where to claim your prize.

When: April 14 -17 from 7 a.m. till sunset

Where: Gulf State Park

Price: Park admission fees and parking fees are applicable

Dixie Division Military Vehicle Show

What: See antique military vehicles, jeeps, motorcycles, trucks and more. There will also be military memorabilia on display and for sale and a swap meet.

When: April 15 at noon and April 16 all day

Where: USS Alabama Battleship Park picnic area

Price: Admission to the car show is free with paid parking $5

Living History Crew Drill

What: See history come to life as the World War II reenactors take over the USS Alabama. Activities, demonstrations and meet and greets all day. Be on the deck of the USS Alabama at 1 p.m. for the call to battle stations. Vintage airplanes attack the ship and crew defend her with guns blazing.

When: Saturday, April 16 from 8 a.m. till 3 p.m.

Where: USS Alabama Battleship Park

Price: Admission ranges from $18 to free for children up to five years old. Parking is $5

Zydeco and Crawfish Festival

What: The sixth Annual Zydeco and Crawfish Festival returns to Waterway Village in Gulf Shores. The event features tasty food, great music and family fun all day long. The festivities kick off at 8 a.m. with the Zydeco and Crawfish Festival 5K benefitting Furrever Homes. The music and crawfish pots start boiling at 10 a.m.

When: April 16 from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m.

Where: Waterway Village, Gulf Shores

Price: Entrance to the festival is free
