Foley businesses receive Beautification Awards

Posted

Three Foley businesses were honored for their dedication to enhancing the city's appearance, receiving annual beautification awards from Foley City Council on Oct. 21.

This year's recipients – Citizens Bank, Manning Jewelry and Feast & Company – were selected by the Foley Revitalization and Beautification Advisory Board for their commitment to beautifying their buildings and contributing to the city's aesthetic charm.

The Beautification Awards spotlight local businesses whose efforts align with Foley's community vision and pride.

Mayor Ralph Hellmich praised the work done by the business owners and board members to improve Foley's appearance.

"Congratulations to everybody," he said. "We certainly appreciate it. This is a great way to show pride in Foley."
Each award winner will display a commemorative plaque on their building's exterior, marking their achievement and showcasing their role in making downtown Foley an inviting and attractive space.
