The Fall 2022 Live at Five Concert Series kicks off Aug. 26; tickets available now

Summer has ended and it is time to fill downtown Fairhope with music. The Fall 2022 Live at Five Concert Series lineup is sure to please. Concerts take place at The Halstead Amphitheater located in downtown Fairhope on the campus of Coastal Alabama Community College. Grab a blanket or your lawn chairs and enjoy an evening in the open-air venue. If you don't want to pack a picnic dinner, there will be at least one food truck at every show.

The Live at Five Concert Series dates and lineup:

  • Aug. 26 – John Cochran and Friends play The Last Waltz with John Hall Trio
Live at Five promoter John Cochran has assembled a who's who of local musicians to re-create this classic album and show. Joined by the John Hall Trio, this promises to be a show you will not want to miss. All net proceeds from this show will benefit the Jacob Hall Memorial Music Grant. At the show, the Friends of the Halstead, which produces Live at Five Fairhope and administers the grant, will award $10,000 in grants to eligible musicians.
  • Sept. 10 – BlackHawk
BlackHawk has shared a unique sense of harmony with their voices, their songs and their fans for more than 20 years. They have sold over 7 million albums, scored some of the most distinctive country radio hits of the 1990s and still draw tens of thousands to their electrifying live performances. Today they continue to honor the past as they forge the future and do it all with a commitment that takes their music – and the harmony- to a whole new level.
  • Sept. 30 – Roman Street with Rollin In The Hay
Hometown guitar heroes Roman Street return to Live at Five with their full band. Local legends Rollin In The Hay will open.
  • Oct. 21 – Blues Traveler
Blues Traveler were on the vanguard of the jam band scene of the 1990s, the first of their generation to sign to a major label and one of a handful to experience genuine commercial success when the naggingly catchy "Run-Around" went into the Billboard Top Ten in 1995. Enjoy an evening of music that will take you back to your youth.
  • Nov. 5 – Honey Island Swamp Band with Grits & Greens
Longtime legends of the Gulf Coast music scene Honey Island Swamp Band take the Live at Five Stage. The opening act is an up-and-coming group out of Mississippi, Grits & Greens.

The Live at Five Concerts are a tickets event and begin at 5 p.m. For more information about the series or to purchase tickets, visit liveatfivefairhope.com.
