The Elberta Police Department hosted the 2019 National Night Out on Tuesday, Aug. 6, at the Elberta Town Park. The National Night Out offers the opportunity for citizens to meet local, regional, and state first responders, along with other vendors ranging from medical to veteran organizations. Children were able to partake in a scavenger hunt, and four bookbags filled with school supplies were awarded to random winners.
