It was a perfect spring day for an Easter Egg Festival. The Baldwin County Archives and History Department sponsored the annual event at Bicentennial Park last week. The day was filled with games, rides, face painting, a cake walk and, of course, a massive egg hunt featuring more than 5,000 eggs. The event was co-sponsored by the Bay Minette Kiwanis Club. The Chosen Youth Outreach served as the food vendor at the event.
