Eastern Shore Centre to launch inaugural Puppy Palooza fundraiser

Posted

A new community event designed to bring together pet lovers, support animal welfare and add a dose of furry fun is headed to Eastern Shore Centre later this month.

The shopping center will host its first Puppy Palooza on Saturday, May 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on The Green near California Dreaming. The free, family-friendly event will benefit the Baldwin Humane Society and feature live music, kid-friendly activities, local vendors and adoptable pets.

“We’re thrilled to introduce this new pet-friendly event at Eastern Shore Centre,” said Sidney Carol Barnhardt, marketing associate at Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors. “Puppy Palooza will offer fun and entertainment for both pets and their owners, and we look forward to welcoming the Baldwin County community for a great cause!”

The centerpiece of the event, the Ulti-Mutt Pet Marketplace, will showcase pop-up vendors, pet products and swag items from the Eastern Shore Centre tent, including a themed giveaway. Volunteers and staff from the Baldwin Humane Society will be on-site with adoptable dogs, giving attendees the chance to meet their next four-legged family member.

While entry is free, donations to the Baldwin Humane Society are encouraged to help support its mission to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals across Baldwin County.

Organizers are currently accepting vendor applications for businesses interested in participating. To apply, email Barnhardt at scbarnhardt@crawfordsq.com or visit www.easternshorecentre.com/event/puppy-palooza.
