A new farmers market is coming to the Eastern Shore.

Eastern Shore Centre recently announced the launch of its first farmers market on Saturday, Sept. 21, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. This new event will offer an abundance of fresh local produce, unique artisanal products and an array of pop-up vendors, all in a lively, family friendly setting in the heart of Spanish Fort.

"We're thrilled to bring the Farmers Market to Eastern Shore Centre," said Sidney Carol Barnhardt, marketing associate for Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors. "The market will give us the opportunity to connect with and support our local farmers and makers while enjoying a vibrant community atmosphere."

The market will take place in the spacious green area adjacent to California Dreaming, providing the perfect backdrop for a day of shopping, socializing and soaking in the beautiful early fall weather. In addition to the selection of local goods, attendees can look forward to family friendly activities and the opportunity to meet the talented individuals behind their favorite products.

Eastern Shore Centre is accepting applications for market participants. Farmers, artisans and vendors interested in joining this event can reach out to Sidney Carol at scbarnhardt@crawfordsq.com for an application, or visit www.easternshorecentre.com for more details.
