Easter events hop-ening around Baldwin County this weekend, April 17-20

GRAHAM CREEK BUNNY SCAVENGER HUNT

What: Graham Creek Nature Preserve will host its 3rd Annual Bunny Scavenger Hunt, inviting families to search for hidden bunnies throughout the preserve. Clue sheets will be available at the Interpretive Center. Participants can complete the scavenger hunt anytime during the event dates. Additional bunnies will also be hidden at Wolf Creek Park off County Road 20. Attendees are encouraged to share their finds using #GrahamCreekBunnyHunt.

GOLDEN EGGSTRAVAGANZA 2025

What: Gulf State Park will host Golden Eggstravaganza, a weeklong Easter egg hunt featuring hidden golden eggs redeemable for prizes including merchandise, camping and a lodge stay. Participants must register using a QR code and email a photo with the egg before claiming their prize. One egg per person per day. Park fees apply.

When: Now through Saturday, April 19, 9 a.m.-sunset

WALES WEST COTTONTAIL EXPRESS

What: Families can enjoy train rides aboard the Cottontail Express at Wales West Light Railway. The attraction includes a visit to the "bunny hutch" with photo ops with the Easter Bunny, plus an egg hunt, crafts, mini train rides, bounce house, playground and a hayless hayride. EASTER STORYTIME

What: The Gulf Shores Public Library will host Easter Storytime featuring a themed story, activities, a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny and an outdoor egg hunt by age group. For more information, call (251) 968-1176.

ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT AND FAMILY FUN

What: The city of Robertsdale will host its annual Easter Egg Hunt and Family Fun event at Garrett Park. Activities include an egg hunt, photos with the Easter Bunny, a petting zoo, ice cream, cupcakes, door prizes and more.

HOPPIN' SHOP MARKET & FAMILY DAY

What: Bay Area Events will host the Hoppin' Shop Family Day featuring live music by Taylor & Langston, local vendors, an Easter Bunny appearance and an Easter egg hunt for children. Age-specific hunts will begin at noon for ages 0-3, followed by age groups 4-6 at 12:30 p.m., 7-9 at 1 p.m. and 10-12 at 1:30 p.m. Food will be available from Double D's Burgers.
