Both locals and visitors will have a rare chance to delve into the history of the Civil War at an exhibit hosted by the Stockton Heritage Museum this Saturday, June 22.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the museum will showcase a private collection of Civil War artifacts, providing a unique opportunity to explore the era that shaped America. Admission is free and open to all.
Located at 52915 State Hwy. 59 in Stockton, the museum will open its doors to visitors eager to explore a private collection of historical items from one of America's defining eras. In addition to the exhibit, a genealogist will be available onsite to assist attendees in discovering their ancestry through online resources.
For those unable to attend this Saturday, the Stockton Heritage Museum regularly opens to the public on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sundays from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., or by appointment.
Admission to the museum is always free, offering a welcoming environment for visitors to delve into the rich heritage of Stockton and its surrounding areas.
