Four local chefs will join forces to present a delicious dinner in a unique setting Oct. 21. Tickets are now available for the 11th-Annual Chicago Street Supper Club.

Diners will enjoy an alfresco four course meal prepared by notable local chefs. Each delectable dish will feature a wine pairing from Pinnacle Imports.

The evening will kick-off with cocktail hour nibbles by Chef Zach Bridges of Craft Farms Golf Resort. Diners will enjoy beetroot cured salmon on blini with horseradish cream, mango Thai curry shrimp and lemon blue cheese mousse.

Chef Dan Navarro, Private Chef and owner of Dan's Diner in Summerdale, has been charged the evening's appetizers. Tastebuds will be delighted by his cilantro lime sweet chili glazed pork belly, street corn off the cob and cotija chicharron dust.

The evening's main course sees the return of Bridges with grilled marinated swordfish, creamy Italian polenta, roasted artichokes and tomatoes.

Chef Paul Abel of Wolf Bay Restaurant presents the evening's salad course with his take on a grilled Greek salad. The dish includes hearts of romaine, pickled red onion, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, Parmesan, Greek vinaigrette and balsamic drizzle.

Chef Kimberly Asbury of BuzzCatz Coffee & Sweets will end the evening on a sweet note. The dessert course is a grilled sweet potato biscuit with mascarpone and cream cheese mousse, Hillcrest Farm honey drizzle, balsamic reduction and fig and pear compote.

The Chicago Street Supper Club will take place Friday, Oct. 21, on North Chicago Street in downtown Foley. Cocktail hour will begin at 6 p.m. with dinner service to follow at 7 p.m.

The event is presented by The Law Offices of Brenton C. McWilliams. The chamber gives special thanks to Wolf Bay Restaurant, Riviera Utilities, Island House Hotel, South Baldwin Regional Medical Center, Bon Secour Fisheries and the City of Foley for sponsoring the Chicago Street Supper Club to make this event possible.
