Kick off your golf season for a good cause with golfing fundraisers in the coming weeks.
The Daphne Knights of Columbus will be hosting its annual Charity Golf Tournament at the Quail Creek Golf Course in Fairhope Saturday, April 22.
The net proceeds will go to local organizations that help local veterans with housing, mental health and suicide prevention.
The four-person scramble at Quail Creek Golf Course will open with a 1 p.m. shotgun start following check-in at 11 a.m. and lunch at noon. The tournament will feature a putting contest as well as recognize the longest drive before awarding prizes to winning teams.
Golfers will have a chance to earn extra prizes with a hole-in-one on specific par-3 holes, including one $10,000 jackpot as well as three other pick-your-own opportunities.
