ORANGE BEACH — Crave Cookies is now open at The Wharf in Orange Beach.

After opening its doors to the public on May 3, Crave Cookies is serving gourmet cookies with new menu items rotated each week in the new Portside on Main section of The Wharf. Owner Christian Augustin said he is glad to be in The Wharf, citing the area's customer traffic and their location at the Portside on Main, with a stage area for bands just outside their business.

"It's one of the destination spots of Orange Beach," Augustin said. "It's a concert venue; we have all the concerts down here, so it's an exciting place to be and it's in the new section so we have our own concert venue right there, which will be local bands, so it's just a destination spot."

Portside consists of over 33,000 square feet of retail, office and entertainment space, in addition to approximately 26,000 square feet of green and open space and the stage area.

Crave Cookies also offers a cookie of the month. Cookies can be bought individually or in packs of up to 12. They also serve loaded sodas, drinks that combine your favorite soda with different mixes of creams, syrups and purees.
Cookies on the rotating menu include the classic chocolate chip along with multiple other flavors, such as peanut butter cup, cookies n' caramel, coconut cream pie and Dubai chocolate.

Crave Cookies is at 4593 Main St. in Orange Beach. They are open from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday through Sunday.
