In recent weeks, several public parks in the City of Bay Minette were vandalized by individuals who spray-painted graffiti on tables and buildings, and overturned benches, causing property damage.
The Bay Minette Police Department has identified and charged three juveniles with Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree in connection with these acts.
The city said this type of behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Anyone caught vandalizing public property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
"Our parks are meant to be safe, clean spaces for all to enjoy — let’s work together to keep them that way," the city said in a statement.
