As part of Crime Prevention Month, the Gulf Coast chapter of Victims of Crime and Leniency (VOCAL) will host a candlelight vigil on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at 6:30 p.m. at Honeybee Park in Robertsdale.

The event aims to honor and remember those who have lost their lives due to crime.

Attendees are encouraged to bring a photo of their loved ones to be honored during the vigil. The event offers a time for families and friends to come together in solidarity, reflect on their loss and raise awareness about the impact of violent crime on communities.

The vigil is part of VOCAL's ongoing efforts to support crime victims and their families, providing a space for healing and remembrance. For more information about the organization and its work, visit https://vocalonline.org/.
