Zachariah Godbold Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution members Bobbie Jean Hicks, left, and Shelia Tyrrell (not pictured) presented the DAR Bronze ROTC Medal and Certificate to Cadet Tuesday Nichole Boyington, right, of Baldwin County High School.

Boyington was recognized for having demonstrated loyalty, patriotism, dependability, good character, adherence to military discipline, leadership ability, along with a fundamental and patriotic understanding of the importance of ROTC training.

The presentation was made during the AFJROTC Flying Tigers Awards Ceremony in May.
