Foley Police Department is investigating a burglary at the Tanger Outlet Mall that resulted in the theft of jewelry from the Zales Outlet.

Police received a call at about 8:30 a.m. Monday morning from a Zales employee reporting that an undisclosed amount of jewelry had been taken overnight.

According to investigators, it appears the suspect broke into Rock 'N Roll Sushi, the store adjacent to Zales, then gained access to the jewelry store by breaching the wall between the businesses.
