The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 62-year-old Gregory Subick on accusation of possession of child pornography.

Police received a tip June 30 regarding a computer that possibly held files containing child pornography. Officers and Cyber Crimes and Intelligence Unit investigators responded to a residence in the Bon Secour community. The on-scene assessment by investigators shows Subick was supposedly using the computer in an attempt to receive unlawful pornographic images.

Subick’s computer and cellular phone were seized, and a forensic analysis of the devices was conducted.

On July 10, Subick was detained and interviewed by BCSO. He was arrested on charges of possession of obscene matter containing the visual depiction of persons under 17 years.
