BCSO seeks suspect in golf cart thefts

LILLIAN — The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help for information involving multiple golf cart thefts in the Lillian community.

According to a release issued Friday by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Department, investigators believe the thefts occurred in the early morning hours of Oct. 12.

Private surveillance cameras show what appears to be a white man with a beard wearing a facemask that investigators believe is the main suspect in the thefts.

A dark pickup truck, which investigators believe is the suspect’s vehicle, was also caught on camera in the area and was last seen heading eastbound on U.S. 98 over the Lillian bridge toward Florida.
