Bay Minette man arrested after Frisco City golf cart theft

The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) arrested a Bay Minette man in connection with a theft in Frisco City, Alabama.

According to a news release from BCSO, the agency was contacted March 13 by the victim. She was alerted a truck and trailer were on her property removing a golf cart. Excel Police Department was alerted and responded to make the initial report. Eyewitness believed the driver of the truck was Timothy “Timbo” Parker.

Investigators from BCSO promptly began to patrol the north end of Baldwin County and any residences associated with Parker. He was contacted at a residence off Jack Springs Road in the Perdido community.

Parker was in possession of the truck, trailer and stolen golf cart. He was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property in the first degree in Baldwin County and further charges are pending for the theft in Monroe County.

The golf cart was returned to its rightful owner.
