Posted

Daphne High School teacher, Nikki Minoso, has been selected as an Alexander Shunnarah Teacher of the Month because of her proven commitment and dedication to the next generation.

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, P.C. sponsor the 4th Annual 'Alexander Shunnarah Teacher of the Month' initiative. The Alabama-headquartered personal injury law firm, known for the eye-catching billboards across the Southeast, leads the nationwide campaign spotlighting K-12 teachers throughout the United States for their work and commitment to impacting their students' lives.

"I'm going into my 5th year of teaching and Nikki has been a champion of mine since day one. She made me feel welcome and wanted immediately. She selfishly gives her time to so many school functions such as SGA, prom, and Veterans Day just to name a few," her nomination read. "She truly loves her job and pours so much of herself into it. She's the kind of teacher other teachers look up to and the one that students are always coming back to see long after they leave high school. I can't think of a better teacher to honor."

Over the last three years, the initiative has received thousands of nominations and honored over 80 teachers across the country. This year, the 4th Annual 'Alexander Shunnarah Teacher of the Month' campaign celebrates five teachers each month and accepts nominations from every state and region.

"As a father of three, nothing is more important to me than the future of our country's next generation," said Alexander Shunnarah, Founder and CEO of Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys. "Through the Teacher of the Month campaign, our goal is to honor and highlight the dedication of educators across the United States. Teachers are the building blocks for our children's success, and my law firm is proud to support their hard work each year through this token of our appreciation."

Selected teachers receive a $500 Via gift card to purchase supplies and resources for their classroom, and their photos is featured on an Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys digital billboard.
