Baldwin County Probate, Revenue Offices in Robertsdale closing for 10-month renovation project

Renovations begin tomorrow, May 1

The Baldwin County Probate and Revenue Offices housed at the Central Annex in Robertsdale will be closing temporarily to undergo a major renovation project expected to last about 10 months.

The office will close for the renovation project on Thursday, May 1.

Located at 22251 Palmer St., the Central Annex is one of the county’s busiest service hubs. The renovation will modernize the facility, expand workspaces and improve customer areas to better serve residents across Baldwin County.

“We encourage customers, during this time, to visit any of our other convenient locations in Bay Minette, Fairhope or Foley,” said Baldwin County Judge of Probate Harry D’Olive. “Additionally, many services are available online at https://baldwincountyal.gov/government/probate-office/motor-vehicle-tags, and customers are reminded of the ‘mail-in’ renewal option. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve your customer service experience.”

While the Robertsdale offices are closed, services provided by the Probate Office — including license renewals, ID cards and vehicle registrations — will remain available at other locations. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of online options for many routine transactions.

The Revenue Office, which handles property tax collection, assessments and homestead exemptions, will also suspend in-person operations at the Central Annex during the renovation. Payment options and other services can be accessed at https://baldwincountyal.gov/government/revenue-commission/divisions/collections/payment-options.

County officials said the upgrades are part of a broader commitment to enhancing public service delivery throughout the county.

For assistance or more information during the closure, contact the Revenue Office at (251) 937-0245 or the Probate Office at (251) 937-0260.
