Do you know what is happening at your city or town hall?
With mayors and council members across Baldwin County preparing for municipal elections this August, residents have a unique opportunity to follow how local government works before heading to the polls. But elections aside, the day-to-day decisions being made in city halls and town chambers directly shape the communities we live in.
From infrastructure projects and public safety funding to parks, zoning and growth planning, local leaders are making choices that impact neighborhoods, businesses and families. Staying informed means knowing when and where those conversations happen — and how to follow along.
Whether you're sitting in the audience at a council meeting or tuning in from home, this guide breaks down how to stay connected. It includes details on meeting schedules, locations and how to access agendas in advance so you can be part of the local conversation.
