Baldwin County braved the heat this weekend and turned out for the Tacos & Tequila Festival at the Baldwin County Fairgrounds in Robertsdale.

The Tacos & Tequila Festival is the newest festival from Beach Life Events. Owners and event producers Mike and Lisa Yeater are responsible for bringing Baldwin County the Cheese & Chocolate Festival, Mudbugs & Margaritas Festival and Gumbo & Alabama Slammer Festival.

Festival goers enjoyed a wide variety of food truck vendors to choose from and each had a unique taco on the menu just for the event. Shoppers delighted in the wide variety of regional vendors selling their goods that ranged from hand crocheted tacos and sea creatures to freeze-dried candy. Music fans enjoyed a musical lineup that went throughout the day and children enjoyed the kid's area and petting zoo set up in the shade.
