The Atmore Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity honored Baldwin County High School senior Jacaleb Rivers with a scholarship award in recognition of his academic achievement and future aspirations.
Rivers, who graduates with a 3.8 GPA and an ACT score of 26, plans to attend Coastal Alabama Community College to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. Known for his dedication in the classroom, he has earned praise for his commitment to academic excellence.
The scholarship was presented by Vice Polemarch Christopher Norman and fraternity member Anthony Cox during a recent visit to the high school. In addition to awarding the scholarship, the pair commended Rivers for his accomplishments and encouraged him to maintain his momentum as he enters college.
The Atmore Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, part of a national fraternity founded in 1911, continues to support local students through mentorship and financial assistance.
