STOCKTON — The Baldwin County Commission is hosting its second-annual holiday lights drive-through and Christmas Festival at Bicentennial Park.

The drive-through lights experience will open Monday, Nov. 28, and run through Dec. 29, from until 9 p.m. each night.

This event is free to the public. Only passenger vehicles will be allowed. Buses, RVs and other commercial vehicles are prohibited.

The Christmas Festival will be held inside the park Dec. 9-10. For the festival, the drive-thru closes and guests walk through Bicentennial Park.

The event incorporates Christmas caroling, Santa and Mrs. Clause meet and greets and other holiday characters like the Grinch. The carnival-like atmosphere will keep families entertained with games, face painting, petting zoo, train rides and beignets and hot chocolate.

Admission to the Christmas Festival is free, but guests will need cash for food purchases.

Parking for the festival is available at Live Oak Landing, located at 8700 Live Oak Landing Road, Stockton. Shuttle service will be available. Both events are coordinated and hosted by the Baldwin County Commission’s Department of Archives and History with invaluable support from Baldwin County’s Purchasing, Parks, Building Maintenance and CIS departments.

For more information, contact the Baldwin County Department of Archives and History at (251) 580-2572.
