This weekend's list of events runs the gamut but has something for everyone and many are free events. Who doesn't love a free event to entertain the family or out-of-town guests? Kick off the weekend on Thursday with a free movie at the Fairhoper's Community Park. If you are looking to add monarch butterflies to your garden, sign up for the workshop being put on at the Gulf Coast Research & Extension Center in Fairhope. Food lovers will devour the free weekend of entertainment at the Tacos & Tequila Festival in Robertsdale. Pet lovers might enjoy visiting some exotic pets at the Exotic Pet Expo in Foley.

Glow in the Park Summer Movie
- What: Pack up the family, lawn chairs and bug spray and head to the Fairhoper's Community Park for a free movie. The annual Glow in the Park, presented by the city of Fairhope and the Downtown Fairhope Business Association presents "Moana." Arrive early for an opportunity to meet Moana in person. Monarch Butterfly Workshop

Make Music Day Celebration
- What: The city of Gulf Shores has a full day of fun planned for Fete de la Musique (Make Music Day), a music celebration that takes place around the globe annually. The fun kicks off at the Bodenhamer Recreation Center with a jam session featuring Lynn Coffman and Lisa Christian at 10 a.m. Take the children to the library for Make Music with the Librarians at 10:30. Finally, wrap up the day of music at Meyer Park.
