5 Elberta High School students excel at National FCCLA conference

Five students of Elberta High School recently attended the National FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) conference held in San Diego, California. Participating students included Mary Katherine Gunn, Lexi Hanrahan, Ryliegh Hevner, Blake Hodges and Morgan Kroll. Gunn was elected as the National FCCLA president, one of 10 high school students to hold the position. Hanrahan and Hodges brought home a silver medal in Chapter Service Project Display, while Hevner and Kroll placed third in the nation with a gold medal in Hospitality and Tourism Recreation.
