The North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is gearing up to host its third-annual Senior Palooza, set for Wednesday, Oct. 16, at the John F. Rhodes Civic Center.

The event, which runs from 8 a.m. to noon, invites seniors to enjoy a morning of health, wellness and entertainment tailored specifically for them.

The Senior Palooza will feature a variety of activities aimed at engaging the senior community. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a range of vendor booths, offering information and resources focused on senior health and lifestyle. In addition, participants can attend informative presentations, join dance and fitness demonstrations and take part in a variety of games designed to get everyone moving.

To keep the energy high, a live DJ will provide music throughout the event, and attendees will have the chance to win prizes with raffles every 30 minutes. Giveaways will be available, ensuring that everyone leaves with something special.
