This weekend offers a variety of fun and meaningful events across Baldwin County, perfect for families, pet lovers, culture enthusiasts and those looking to give back to the community.
For something a bit different, head over to the Baldwin County Heritage Museum in Elberta for the Anything But a Hat Tea, where you can sip tea, nibble on cookies and get creative with your headgear. If you're looking to give back, consider joining the Coastal Alabama Down Syndrome Buddy Walk at Loxley Municipal Park, where you can walk in support of individuals with Down syndrome and enjoy a day of games and food. The day also offers an opportunity to get involved in environmental preservation with Dive Against Debris at Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, where divers and snorkelers will clean up the water while earning free hot dogs and prizes. Looking or a unique cultural experience? Don't miss the Dauphin Island Native American Experience, where you can learn about local Native American traditions through dancing, canoe carving and more.
Whether you're supporting a great cause or enjoying local culture, there's something for everyone this weekend.
